The Celeste Brown Foundation was created with one simple belief: every young woman deserves the opportunity to dream boldly and pursue her fullest potential.
We know that talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn't. Whether it's earning a scholarship, discovering a new career field, or finding confidence through the performing arts, access can make all the difference.
Through our three pillars: Future Queens, Game Changers, and Creative Futures we invest in programs and partnerships that remove barriers, build confidence, and open doors for the next generation of leaders. We're committed to creating spaces where young women feel seen, supported, and empowered to become exactly who they're meant to be.

Meet Hollis Brown
Founder & Dream Builder
Inspired by the transformative power of mentorship and opportunity, Hollis created the Celeste Brown Foundation to help the next generation dream bigger, lead boldly, and pursue their fullest potential!
A sports marketing professional with experience across the National Basketball Association (NBA), ESPN, and the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), Hollis also serves as the Executive Director of the Miss Liberty Scholarship Organization, an official preliminary to Miss New Jersey and the Miss America Opportunity.
Her passion for the Foundation's three pillars is deeply personal. As a former Miss Wisconsin USA and longtime participant in pageantry, she experienced firsthand how leadership opportunities can change a young woman's future. Her career in professional sports has reinforced the lifelong impact athletics can have on building confident leaders, while more than 15 years of ballet and tap training instilled a love for the performing arts and the importance of making creative opportunities accessible to all.
Beyond her professional work, Hollis serves as an Associate Board Member for Girls on the Run NYC and has advocated nationally for survivors of sexual violence. Through the Celeste Brown Foundation, she is committed to opening doors so every young woman has the opportunity to discover her potential and pursue her biggest dreams!
